NWDA opposes accused arsonist Anthony Baye's pre-trial appeal to suppress evidence

In a court filing submitted Sept. 7, 2011 , NWDA Special Prosecutor Brett Vottero argues  against defendant Anthony Baye's pretrial appeal to suppress evidence.

"The normal appelaate process will protect the defendant's rights, "Vottero said of the "interlocutory," or pretrial appeal. "The administration of justice does not require this appeal before a trial."
