Man dies in car crash on Interstate 91 in Hatfield
South Hadley man killed in single car crash Sunday

A man was killed Sunday morning when his car went off the roadway on Route 91 southbound in Hatfield, crashing down an embankment.
Police were notified by a passing trucker who spotted the car at the woods line off the highway sometime around 11:30 a.m. The victim in the crash has been identified as Daniel Ducharme, 31, of South Hadley.
The crash remains under investigation by State Police Detective Unit attached to the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office, the State Police Crime Scene Services Section, the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
